How do I ask for an item?

When do I pay?
Only after you confirm your quote. We buy the item in Korea once payment is received.
Is there a handling fee?
From $5, to cover product checking, order coordination, packing and consolidation. It’s always confirmed before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–7 business days to reach us in Korea, then about 5–15 business days by air to your door. We’ll confirm the timeline with your quote.
